More about Betsy
My new work in printmaking and collage is part of an ongoing series of works on paper (monoprints, collages, drawings, photographs) entitled The House in the Woods.
It is my hope to illuminate our deep connections with the natural world and our equally deep confusions about our relationship to the planet we inhabit. I want to evoke the beauty and mystery around us and challenge us to see our world with fresh eyes.
Though we live in “interesting times” I hope I bring a sense of playfulness, humor, grace and kindness to our efforts as humans to both change and deal with change.
